Whiskey Sour - Ingredients: 2 ounces bourbon 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed; 1/2 ounce simple syrup; 1/2 ounce egg white (optional); Garnish: Orange Peels.; Preparation Method: 1. Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white, if using, to a shaker, and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice. 2. Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds, until well-chilled. 3.Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or into a coupe without ice. 4.Garnish with orange peels
Mojito: * Ingredients:     * 2 oz rum     * 1 oz fresh lime juice     * 3/4 oz simple syrup     * 6-8 fresh mint leaves     * Soda water * Method:     1. In a glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.     2. Fill the glass with ice.     3. Add rum and stir well.     4. Top with soda water.     5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Martini: * Ingredients:     * 2 oz gin or vodka     * 1/2 oz dry vermouth (optional for a dry martini)     * Ice     * Lemon twist or olive for garnish * Method:     1. Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice.     2. Pour gin (or vodka) and vermouth into the glass.     3. Stir or shake well until chilled.     4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.     5. Garnish with a lemon twist or olive.
